Welcome to the Exhibitor Resource Center!  

Thank you for logging into your 2021 OR Business Management Conference  Exhibitor Dashboard. You're currently in SwapCard, which is a platform used to populate the following:   

  • The onsite mobile app, including the Exhibitor List that attendees will use to find your company and learn more about you, so make sure that your company details are accurate!  
  • The Conference Program that attendees use to learn more about the sessions that'll take place at the event. Companies with speaking sponsorships will be automatically tagged to the session after the agenda is officially released.       
  • The ENCORE Digital Event (Nov. 15-19th) will take place within this platform. Exhibitors that have paid to participate in ENCORE will be able to build out their "virtual booths" in this platform.    

Where can I find more information about the in-person event?

The official Exhibitor Service Manual has been released and can be found in the "Documents" section within this Resource Center (see below).  In this kit you’ll find information about move-in, move-out, order services, furniture, deadlines to keep in mind, and more. How do I register my team for the event?

You register your team in a separate system, called Aventri. You should have received an email with a unique link to register your team. Once they are registered in Aventri, they will be automatically uploaded into SwapCard (this platform).  If you have questions about registration, please contact Melissa Helms at mhelms@accessintel.com.    

How do I give someone else on my team access to my Exhibitor Listing?

Once they are registered in Aventri, they will be automatically uploaded into SwapCard (this platform).  Once that happens, navigate to your listing and click "Add Member" to see a list of everyone from your company who has registered.  Add any team members you'd like, and they'll be able to access (and edit) your exhibitor listing.   

I'm ready to book my hotel. Where do I do that?

Visit the event website's Hotel & Travel page to make reservations at our official hotels.    

I'm interested in my company participating in the ENCORE Digital Event. What do I do?

ENCORE takes place Nov. 15-19th on this platform, SwapCard. If you haven't already, contact Nancy Iannotta at niannotta@accesintel.com to discuss your options. During ENCORE, you'll have the chance to message & video chat with attendees as they get access to the recordings of the sessions that took place in San Diego, as well as new virtual sessions.
